you should root the target phone (not your own) to have an access to WhatsApp. For more info check our FAQ.

I haved rooted the phone per instructions and it was successful but I have NO ACCESS to VIBER, WHATSAPP even the location, it is 200 mts far away from the position.

The cell Phone is a SAMSUNG S3 mini.

What can I DO ????

If It does not work, I have to ask you to refund my money back.

You need to reinstall the app on the rooted phone to allow superuser rights to our app.
1. delete data backup app from this phone
2. install the app again from spytomobile.com/d
3. add the data backup widget to the homescreen and type your email.
